Coming to Fuel Coffee in Montlake

Exciting news, my friends. Linden Park Whisk treats will be coming to Fuel. I am well excited. I don’t know if you know this, but I am a HUGE coffee drinker. Absolutely love it. So much so that I decided to go down the espresso rabbit hole last summer.

In search of local beans, I found myself trying lattes and cortados here and there. And something that was always missing was a nice treat to go along with my drink. Gah. As someone with a huge sweet tooth, it makes me so sad when I can’t enjoy a little sweet pastry with my coffee. So it’s not hard to see why my goal for 2023 was to offer some treats wholesale at local coffee shops. And good news! This coming Friday, March 3, I’ll be dropping off some gluten-free Oreo brownies and apple cake slices at Fuel Coffee in Montlake. Each serving will be in its own container (prevents contamination from other foods, yay!) and labeled with ingredients. Definitely stop by and purchase a treat if you can. The potential to sell at the other Fuel locations is dependent on the sales in the Montlake shop.

Something else I will be diving more into is weddings. I have cake tasting boxes available for couples. If you’re interested in ordering one, please reach out. I revamped their look and I am loving how they turned out.

The slice is a wedding cake serving and gives couples an idea of what to expect on the big day. Each box features six slices, three flavors. In the photo the flavors featured are: pistachio cake with white caramelized Swiss meringue buttercream and rhubarb strawberry compote, vanilla cake with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and rhubarb strawberry compote, and lemon cake with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and strawberry compote.

Recently, via Instagram stories, I took a poll on a brownie sampler box. I got a lot of interest in it and am currently finalizing the menu and logistics on making it happen. Once finalized I will announce more about it on Facebook and Instagram. I plan to send a newsletter as well, but I will be honest, I often forget to! But I am working on being better about it this year. I know folks don’t always see my posts and it can be disappointing to miss out of sales and events.

Well, that’s all for now. I won’t be a stranger and will post again soon with brownie info! I can’t tell you how excited I am about the brownie sample box. It’s going to be decadent, delicious, and amazing.
