Latest Happenings at LPW!

Things may look different to some of you. The website got a refresh and I hope you find it much easier to navigate. I have to admit, I love having my gallery located on the same site as my shop, something that was tricky to manage before.

Next week I will be popping up at The Stemmery Mother’s Day Pop-up in West Seattle. I’m set to be there from 10am-2pm, or until sold out. I’ll be selling picnic cakes, cake jars, and half dozen boxes of macarons.

I’d love to see you there: The Stemmery Studio, 1508 42nd Ave SW, Seattle. Studio is located behind home at the intersection of Palm Ave and the alley. You can park on Palm. I’ll be there from 10AM-2PM, unless I sell out. I’ll post on social media if I sell out early!

I’m also offering Mother’s Day cakes decorated in a beautiful floral palette knife design. The flavors are gluten-free yellow cake, blueberry Swiss meringue buttercream, and meringue bits. Think of pavlova, but in cake form. It’s 6'‘ and serves nine ample size slices. I plan to close orders on Tuesday so I can assure I have time to get ready for the pop-up and Mother’s Day cake pick up next week. More details on the cake can be found here.

The newsletter started with an idea of sharing gluten-free recipes and LPW happenings…but I am finding myself cooking new things less and less. Call it pandemic cooking burnout. Have you gone through it? Or going through it? It’s the pits. I hope to get my cooking mojo back one day but until then, my newsletter will mostly be about what’s going on with the business.
